Alice Paul Institute invites public to wine tasting gala on Sept. 24

On Sept. 24 the Alice Paul Institute will be hosting “Paulsdale Uncorked,” the Institute’s ninth annual wine tasting.

The event will take place from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Paulsdale, 128 Hooten Road.

Attendees can enjoy food prepared by chefs of the United States Personal Chef Association: Tanya Barbarics of I Love This Food, Lisa Cifelli of Dinner in a Snap, Fran Davis of The Flavorful Fork,, Babbi Barbarese of Hope You’re Hungry, Melissa Gurmankin of More Thyme for You and Chris Dilba of Dinner Done and Sara Wright.

Dawn Cisler, certified wine specialist and wine educator, will pour wine and answer questions.

Tickets are $60 in advance, $65 at the door. Proceeds support the continued preservation of Paulsdale, birthplace of suffragist Alice Paul and a National Historic Landmark.
